Tim Wise—The Pathology of Privilege
I'm halfway through this on youtube and took a break to post it here--it is absolutely brilliant, essential viewing. I'm sure a lot of people are already quite familiar with it but if there's one thing we can take away from current affairs it's that we still have a long way to go, and that we should never take it for granted that everyone is familiar with everything they ought to be. Wise's lecture is an excellent primer on the subject, touching on everything from the origins of the "white" race to the contemporary elephant that is institutionalized racism--he also does a great job pointing out the fallacies so common in discussing the topic, such as the conflation of class privilege with white privilege, and, as if they needed much help, refutes them.
White privilege isn't a political opinion or theory or attack, it's a simple reality. As an added bonus, Wise is a white male, enabling you to show it to people who might resent the message if it came from a different source!
